  Return your item to any Tricoci Salon & Spa location for an immediate exchange or credit, or contact our guest services to initiate a return by mail.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or provided as a Tricoci gift card for future use.
