What is the return policy for Tricoci products?

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools and opened skincare items may not be eligible for return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the future.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Tricoci is committed to ethical beauty. A significant majority of our professional-grade products are cruelty-free and formulated without animal testing.

Can I use a Tricoci Salon & Spa gift card for online purchases?

Yes, valid Tricoci gift cards can be redeemed for both professional services at our salon locations and for purchasing products through our online store.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our guest services team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
